Writing originated with pictures. The printed word has a tradition of over 500 years. The art of typography is all about disposition of type in a given space in accordance with the nature and substance of the message.
Grantha is one of the early Indian writing systems, from which most of the South Indian and South-East Asian scripts evolved. Grantham in Sanskrit means a book.
Grantha Consulting was established in 2003 to provide specialised services in content creation and design for print production and interactive websites. There is a special emphasis on the refined use of typography in all the work done. Currently, Grantha undertakes total project management for publications such as books & magazines, designs and develops interactive web sites, and offers design services for corporate communication.
